1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by VX Global FZE (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services Provided
VX Global FZE provides immigration assistance, job search support, and related services. We act as a facilitator and consultant, helping clients navigate immigration processes and seek employment opportunities.
3. Client Obligations
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information to facilitate the services.
- Clients must comply with all local laws and regulations during the immigration and job search process.
- Clients must adhere to deadlines and promptly respond to requests for additional information or documentation.
4. Payment Terms
- All fees for services are due in full at the time of signing the agreement unless otherwise stated in a separate payment schedule.
- Payments must be made via the methods outlined in the invoice.
- No refunds will be issued once services have commenced, except as outlined in the refund policy below.
5. Refund Policy
- Rejection-Based Refunds: Refunds will only be applicable if there is a rejection from the relevant immigration or governmental authority.
- Proportional Refund Calculation: The refund amount will be determined based on the stage at which the process was stopped. The specific amount will be calculated proportionally, considering the work completed up to the point of rejection.
- No Refunds for Personal Reasons or Delays: Refunds will not be provided if the rejection is due to personal reasons, such as withdrawal or failure to comply with requirements, or for any delays in the process, as our charges cover assistance and consultancy services only.
- No Guarantee of Outcomes: VX Global FZE does not guarantee visa approval or job placement, as these outcomes depend on decisions made by third-party authorities beyond our control.
- Client Acknowledgment: By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy and understands that it constitutes the full extent of our liability concerning refunds.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
- If the client terminates the agreement, any fees paid up to the date of termination will not be refunded.
- VX Global FZE reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately if the client fails to comply with these terms or provides false information.
7. Limitation of Liability
- VX Global FZE will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.
- VX Global FZE does not guarantee visa approval or job placement and is not liable for outcomes dependent on third-party decisions.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
- VX Global FZE is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use your personal data for the purposes of providing our services.
- We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
VX Global FZE reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through mediation or arbitration, prior to pursuing legal action, in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
12. Defamation
- No Defamation: VX Global FZE strictly prohibits any defamatory actions, statements, or communications by clients against the Company, its employees, or its services.
- Consequences: Any defamatory actions may result in immediate termination of services, forfeiture of any fees paid, and potential legal action to seek damages.
- Public Statements: Clients agree not to make any public statements, whether written or verbal, that could harm the reputation of VX Global FZE. Any concerns or complaints should be addressed directly with the Company in a private and professional manner.
